WASHINGTON — America’s Essential Hospitals appreciates Senator Cassidy’s commitment to engaging stakeholders on improving the 340B Drug Pricing Program. Essential hospitals rely on the 340B program to meet their safety net missions and use savings from the program to target the needs of their communities, including providing access to affordable medications. We look forward to continuing working with Senator Cassidy and Congress to ensure that the 340B program remains an available resource for essential hospitals to reach more patients and provide comprehensive, high-quality services to all.
