Essential Women’s Leadership Academy
The Essential Women’s Leadership Academy is designed to build a community of confident and empowered female executives who lead essential hospitals in meeting the challenges of caring for our nation’s most disadvantaged people and communities. The program aims to transform organizational culture to decrease the gender gap in executive-level positions at essential hospitals.
Participating in the Essential Women’s Leadership Academy was particularly helpful in developing confidence and a comfort with my leadership voice. By spending time with both my mentor and my cohort, I was able to work very explicitly on defining my values, my vision for leadership, and my goals.
