Innovation Committee
Develops strategies for engaging member hospitals in education opportunities and research projects, provides guidance on research and educational needs and priorities, identifies potential topics and speakers, and identifies innovative and effective ways of disseminating project findings.
Membership Committee
Provides strategic guidance for the association’s membership activities, including the membership value proposition, membership eligibility and dues structure, and engagement opportunities and recruitment priorities.
Policy Committee
Develops and recommends policy positions to the board of directors, establishing guiding principles on complex policy issues and creating a roadmap for the association’s advocacy efforts.
Strategic Planning Committee
Reviews and updates America’s Essential Hospitals’ strategic plan, identifies success metrics, sets targets, and oversees yearly performance.
