Tom Wallace

A health care leader with more than 25 years of Medicaid experience, including as the Florida Medicaid director, Wallace joined Sellers Dorsey from the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration. There, he served as deputy secretary for Medicaid and deputy secretary for finance and analytics, leading the operations of the $35 billion Florida Medicaid program that serves nearly 4.7 million Floridians. Wallace was responsible for program policy, quality, plan management, recipient and provider assistance, finance, data analytics, and fiscal agent operations. Under his leadership, Florida experienced transformational changes in its Medicaid program. Wallace spearheaded multiple innovations to enhance the Medicaid landscape and improve health care outcomes for Medicaid recipients.
