Grady Health System

Loke manages the vital relationships between Grady Health System and its government partners. He joined the health system in 2022 after serving as deputy commissioner and chief health policy officer at the Georgia Department of Community Health. There, Loke oversaw the operations of Georgia’s Medicaid and State Health Benefit Plan programs.  

Prior to the health department, Loke served in various roles in state government. As deputy chief operating officer, he oversaw more than a dozen Georgia state agencies, primarily focused on health care and human services. Loke has served on the Georgia Board of Nursing since 2022. 

Loke holds a master’s degree in health care administration from the University of North Carolina– Chapel Hill and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Georgia.
