Nicole Harper, PhD

Harper assists in solving problems and analyzing issues to elevate outcomes, develop ongoing business/clinical relationships, support growth, and optimize and operationalize appropriate reimbursement. These efforts all lead to positive patient outcomes and increased organizational success. Through her work, Harper impacts health care daily by generating and maintaining physician partnerships, improving patient experiences, and initiating meaningful change. 

Harper thrives on opportunities to endorse adult education, collaborate, build vision, and create synergies that will optimize the future of health care. She trained at The Wharton School of Business – Philadelphia and is a graduate of Indiana University – Bloomington. Harper holds a doctor of philosophy degree focused on organizational leadership and change from Walden University.
