In her current role as chief financial officer and vice president of revenue cycle services at Eskenazi Health, in Indianapolis, Harper assists in problem-solving and analyzing issues to elevate outcomes, develop ongoing business/clinical relationships, support growth, and optimize and operationalize appropriate reimbursement—all leading to positive patient outcomes and increased organizational success.
