All registrants must be affiliated with a hospital, health system, or alliance that is a member of America’s Essential Hospitals. Members can invite consultants with whom they work; hospital staff must complete the consultant authorization letter upon registration and must attend the event with the consultant(s).  

Substitution and Cancellation Information

Written cancellations must be postmarked, faxed, or emailed to America’s Essential Hospitals by Oct. 5 for a full refund.  
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after Oct. 5.

Registrations are transferable among individuals from the same organization at no additional charge through Sept. 15. Complimentary registrations are nontransferable.
