The annual 340B Drug Pricing Program recertification period for hospitals is open Aug. 12 through Sept. 9.
Hospitals must complete recertification through the Health Resources and Service Administration (HRSA) Office of Pharmacy Affairs Information System (OPAIS). Authorizing officials and primary contacts must create their own OPAIS accounts before recertifying. Covered entities that fail to create OPAIS accounts and conduct recertification will be removed from the 340B program.
