Understanding Proposed 340B, Site-Neutral Policies

Date: Wednesday, August 23, 2017

Time: 2:00 PM ET

In July, CMS issued two proposed rules that could deeply harm essential hospitals. The first proposal drastically reduces Medicare Part B reimbursement for drugs purchased through the 340B Drug Pricing Program, a policy America’s Essential Hospitals strongly opposed. The second drastically reduces reimbursement for all new off-campus provider-based departments, as defined under Section 603 of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2015. This webinar explained these policy proposals in detail and offered member hospitals an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.
