Site Neutral Proposed Policies

Date: Tuesday, July 26, 2016

Time: 2:00 PM ET

Last year, Congress passed legislation that mandated the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to cut payments to new, off-campus provider-based departments beginning Jan. 1, 2017. In a recent regulation, CMS proposes policies for the implementation of the site neutral law. This webinar, hosted by the America’s Essential Hospitals Financial Interest Group, discussed the impact these policies would have on your hospital around key issues such as provider-based department reimbursement, 340B clinic eligibility, and relocation of provider-based departments.
