Final Site-Neutral Policies for 2017

Date: Monday, November 14, 2016

Time: 2:00 PM ET

Last year, Congress passed legislation that mandated the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) cut payments to new, off-campus hospital outpatient departments, also known as provider-based departments, beginning Jan. 1, 2017. In a recent regulation, CMS outlined policies for the implementation of the site neutral law. This webinar discussed the impact the regulations would have on your hospital around key issues such as provider-based department reimbursement, 340B clinic eligibility, and relocation of provider-based departments.
