California’s DSRIP: Results from Contra Costa

Essential hospitals in California are now in the fifth year of a five-year Delivery System Reform Incentive Program – a pay-for-performance quality improvement initiative that is part of the state’s Section 1115 Medicaid waiver. During this webinar, representatives from Contra Costa Regional Medical Center, in Martinez, Calif., shared how the waiver has impacted the hospital’s patient care and quality outcomes. They also shared perspectives and results from several of the hospital’s DSRIP–supported improvement projects.
