Social determinants of health (SDOH), such as housing instability, food insecurity, lack of access to transportation, and interpersonal violence, can influence a person’s health. It is important for providers to consider these social, economic, and environmental circumstances and how best to integrate SDOH data into clinical practice.
A National Quality Forum July 11 webinar from 1–2 pm ET will focus on leading practices and recommendations to accelerate the integration of SDOH data into care. The National Quality Partners SDOH Data Integration Action Team will host the webinar.
