Hospitals & Health Networks magazine has announced its list of the 2014 most wired hospitals, including numerous members of America’s Essential Hospitals. According to the magazine, most wired hospitals are leaders in the following key areas:
- the use of information technology to hardwire evidence-based practices to improve quality and patient safety
- converting data into actionable information through analytics
- integrating medical home and health information exchange services
