Hospitals that could not access their latest overall star rating hospital-specific report (HSR) now can access their report on QualityNet.
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has reloaded all HSRs after some hospitals could not gain access. Reloaded HSRs are the same as those posted on May 13. Hospitals that already have downloaded their new HSR do not need to take any additional action.
The HSRs will be available to hospitals for 30 days, starting from the June 22 reload date.
