The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services published a guide to the technical assistance resources available to clinicians participating in the Quality Payment Program (QPP) established under the Medicare Access and Chip Reauthorization Act of 2015.
The guide includes a list of organizations providing support to small practices — those with 15 or fewer clinicians, including those in rural locations and medically underserved areas — and resources for Quality Innovation Network–Quality Improvement Organizations, which serve large practices with more than 15 clinicians. Additional resources highlight the Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative, which prepares clinicians to participate in alternative payment models (APMs) and Advanced APMs, as well as the APM Learning Systems.
Visit the association’s QPP resource page for new and updated information on the program and its provisions.
