The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced $67 million in grant awards to 105 organizations that will serve as navigators in states with federally facilitated exchanges. Navigators will provide assistance to people who are shopping for and enrolling in health insurance plans sold through the health insurance marketplaces beginning Oct. 1.
