CMS to Hold Listening Session on End of APM Incentive Payments

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will hold a listening session July 21, from 2 to 3 pm ET, on the transition of the Alternative Payment Model (APMincentives in performance year 2023 (payment year 2025).

The listening session is an opportunity for CMS to hear perspectives from providers and participants in APMs on the 5 percent lump sum APM Incentive Payment, set to expire at the end of 2022. 

Attendees may submit written comments or questions before the session via email to QualityPaymentProgramAPMHelpdesk@cms.hhs.gov using the subject line “QUALITY PAYMENT PROGRAM LISTENING SESSION,” or during the session using the Q&A window.
