Applications Open for New Round of COVID-19 Relief Funds

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), has opened applications for Phase 4 of the Provider Relief Fund (PRF) and the American Rescue Plan (ARP) rural payments. Applications close Oct. 26.

To streamline application processes, providers can apply for both Phase 4 of the PRF and ARP payments in the same application through the PRF Fund and Attestation Portal. Providers who previously created an account in the portal and have not logged in for more than 90 days must reset their password before starting a new application.

HRSA will host informational webinars about the funding portal on Sept. 30, 3–4 pm ET, and Oct. 5, 3–4 pm ET. Two additional webinars will occur the weeks of Oct. 11 and Oct. 18; registration links and times are forthcoming.

Real-time technical assistance is available by calling the Provider Support Line at (866) 569-3522. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 am–10 pm CT.

Contact Senior Director of Policy Erin O’Malley at or 202.585.0127 with questions.
