Hospitals and other covered entities interested in learning more about compliance with the 340B Drug Pricing Program can attend two upcoming webinars. Hosted by the Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA’s) Office of Pharmacy Affairs (OPA) and the American Pharmacists Association (APhA), the first webinar will help identify roles, responsibilities, and other elements of 340B risk management. The second webinar will focus on answering any questions from participants.
OPA and APhA’s Peer-to-Peer Program is also accepting applications from covered entities interested in becoming a leading practice site. Leading practices serve as models and mentors for other participants in the 340B Drug Pricing Program. Sites chosen must commit to serving for at least two years and will receive a stipend and other benefits for their leadership. Sites are chosen twice per year, and applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Applications for the next selection period must be received by Oct. 16.
