A bipartisan group of leaders in the House and Senate collected 108 signatures for two letters supporting the 340B Drug Pricing Program. Many members of America’s Essential Hospitals successfully secured their delegations’ support for the letter. We thank all members who participated in this important effort.
Reps. Chris Gibson (R-NY), Kristi Noem (R-SD), and Kathy Castor (D-FL) circulated a letter in the House, signed by 77 representatives. Sens. John Thune (R-SD), Tammy Baldwin (D-WI), Rob Portman (R-OH), and Bill Nelson (D-FL) circulated a similar letter in the Senate, signed by 31 senators.
These letters provided members of Congress an opportunity to go on record supporting the 340B program and the patients it benefits.
