New Website for National Partnership for the Health Care Safety Net

America’s Essential Hospitals, in partnership with the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) and the Department of Health Policy and Management at Milken Institute School of Public Health at the George Washington University (GW), is pleased to announce a new project website for the National Partnership for the Health Care Safety Net.

The National Partnership was formed in 2013 when America’s Essential Hospitals, NACHC, and GW came together to facilitate cooperation among essential hospitals and community health centers to better serve their shared patient population. A critical part of this work is helping groups of providers navigate and adapt to the systemwide policy changes and accountability standards generated by the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The new website provides health care providers and policymakers with further information about the National Partnership as well as access to resources for collaboration and tackling health policy issues.

The Partnership and website have been made possible by Kaiser Permanente Community Benefit and The East Bay Community Foundation.
