This webinar will include an overview of the health sector’s contribution to air pollution and climate change and review how health care institutions can advance climate-informed patient care, climate mitigation, and community climate resilience.
Million Hearts is led by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and promotes the implementation of evidence-based strategies to prevent cardiovascular disease.
