It’s not too late to enroll in an upcoming Virtual Expedition offered by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) titled, Community Health: Population Management in the Safety Net.
The virtual training course will begin April 14 and is available to members through America’s Essential Hospitals IHI scholarship program with Kaiser Permanente National Community Benefit Endowment.
Over the course of seven, 90-minute virtual sessions, audiences will learn about population health and find support for transitioning beyond panel management. The program will specifically target how to use robust approaches for identifying populations and their needs, leverage existing initiatives, identify stakeholders and other partners, and more.
For more information, you can view a full session description on the IHI website.
