The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) is seeking proposed topics for its Evidence-based Practice Center (EPC) Program.
The EPC Program uses scientific literature to review and summarize evidence on current health care issues, including tests, treatments, and delivery methods. The evidence reports aim to help clinicians and policymakers understand the advantages and disadvantages of different tests and treatments; assist health systems and policymakers in launching new programs and interventions; and aid patients in making decisions about their health care.
Stakeholders can view previously submitted topics and submit proposed ideas for evidence reports until Sept. 21.
AHRQ will assess proposed topics with its selection criteria and work with the nominators of selected topics to develop the evidence reports.
