The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has extended to June 15 the deadline for completing the online National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) Agreement to Participate and Consent.
The extension applies to all health care facilities reporting data to the NHSN. The facility’s designated NHSN facility administrator or primary contact must complete the consent form by the deadline, or access to NHSN will be suspended. No Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services quality reporting deadlines are affected by this extension.
