The National Academies of Science Roundtable on Population Health Improvement will host a Sept. 19 workshop, Models for Population Health Improvement by Health Care Systems and Partners: Tensions and Promise on the Path Upstream.
The workshop will present innovative health system efforts focused on upstream level factors and deliberate the benefits and challenges of promoting upstream interventions, such as systems-level and policy-focused approaches, to improve population health and health equity.
The no-cost workshop is open to the public and will take place from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm ET at the Keck Center of the National Academies in Washington, D.C. The workshop also will be webcast live for audiences who are not local. View the agenda and register online.
