The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services updated the Quality Payment Program (QPP) Resource Library with new resources for Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) and Advanced Alternative Payment Model (APM) participants.
Resources of interest to essential hospitals include:
- a fact sheet outlining MIPS payment adjustments, determined by 2018 performance, that will affect payments for services provided in calendar year 2020;
- a fact sheet describing 2019 APM incentive payment eligibility and calculation determinations; and
- a guide to submitting model requests for Other Payer Advanced APM determinations for eligible clinicians and APM entities.
