Raising the Bar on Patient Experience through Telehealth

Date: Wednesday, May 24, 2017

Time: 2:00 PM ET

The U.S. telehealth market is projected to soar past $30 billion by the end of 2020. The potential upside for health care organizations is huge. But challenges associated with vendor management, compliance, licensing, and technological maintenance threaten to stunt telehealth’s potential to deliver value. Additionally, the explosion of data and choices, coupled with payment and delivery model reform, have made patient experience the first priority for providers and payers. How do you manage and maximize all the moving parts?

Fletcher Lance discussed a multi-step telehealth approach that enables health care organizations to understand their opportunities in the field, build capabilities, and establish ongoing management for greater upside and less risk. Lance then tied these concepts to digital self-assessment techniques that help hospitals and health systems leverage their internal human capital and identify opportunities to improve.
