Attracting Powerful People on Purpose

Date: Tuesday, October 20, 2015

Time: 2:00 PM ET

Webinar attendees heard Natividad Medical Foundation’s journey of creating its powerful philanthropic start-up, Indigenous Interpreting+.

Natividad Medical Foundation (NMF) is a small, essential hospital foundation in rural Salinas, CA – “America’s Salad Bowl.” NMF’s story reflects actions based on its values of seeing patients as experts and the hospital’s caregivers as learners.

In this webinar, attendees learned

  • how to embrace their personal power to “gift” encouragement to others, so they may also find their voice;
  • how to use a team approach to define values and live them as the core drivers of leadership, program development, and fund development; and
  • how to impact locally while thinking globally.

Indigenous Interpreting+, a public benefit service of NMF, was recently featured on National Public Radio.
